Christmas calendar terms and conditions

Offers run daily between 1-31 December with each offer valid between 00:01 CET and 23:59 CET only.
Players are required to login, visit the Christmas calendar page and click on a door to reveal that day’s offer.
Some offers require a deposit or a bet as detailed in the individual terms of each prize, with any actions needed requiring completion by 23:59 CET on that day. Royalpanda
Any cash prizes are initially added to your bonus balance, but once you make any casino bet of any value, it will be transferred to your cash balance and be available as withdrawable funds.
Any physical prizes are subject to availability. Royalpanda reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value as a substitute in the event that the prize is not available.
Some deposit methods are not eligible for some promotions. Please refer to the individual terms of each promotion before participating.
Free spins are exclusively for use with the game(s) stated in the promotion.
Free spins expiry date: seven days.
Money won using free spins or bonus money will be credited to the player’s balance as bonus money for use exclusively with Royalpanda casino games, and thus are subject to Royalpanda standard wagering requirement for casino games of 35 times the bonus amount initially received.
The player’s bonus balance consists of bonus money and possible bonus winnings. The bonus balance cannot be used to fulfil the wagering requirements.

Seasonal side mission terms and conditions
All Loyal Panda Points earned between 00:01 CET on 1 December, 2019 until 23:59 CET on 31 December, 2019 will count towards four tiers of rewards as detailed in the table above. Royalpanda
Only Loyal Panda Points accumulated during the specified period count towards the redemption of prizes. Any points gained outside this time period will not apply.
Any Loyal Panda Points gained during this period will still remain on player’s accounts and can be used to purchase gifts from the Loyal Panda shop. Royalpanda
Players will be eligible to claim only one prize, the highest tier prize that they qualify for.
Points are considered earned when they are displayed on a progress bar on the My Account section when logged in.
All prize winners will be informed via email on 4 January, 2020.
Cash prizes will be added to player’s cash balance and will be available as withdrawable funds.
Players achieving 60,000 points will be given the choice between a selection of the latest gadgets, including the iPhone 11. Players will be offered one prize which won’t exceed the value of €800.
Players achieving 250,000 points, will be contacted by Royalpanda via email to arrange the holiday prize which will not exceed the value of €3,000 and will only include 2 x return flights and hotel accommodation. Winners are liable for all additional travel expenses, food and insurance.
Players achieving 400,000 points will be given the choice between a selection of watches that will not exceed the value of €5,000. Royalpanda
In the event of a technical or human error, where Loyal Panda Points may be miscalculated leading to less/more points than earned, Royalpanda reserves the right to make an adjustment to correct the total, thus making some Loyal Panda Points void.
A cash alternative for the gadget, holiday and watch prizes are available on request.
