Raffle bunnies (tickets) obtained via Eggsotic Easter, Fast Rabbit and Springtime Tournaments will only be valid after a player has opted into the Easter Calendar promotion.

In case two or more players achieve the same result, the higher-ranked player will be judged according to who wagered the higher real money amount during the promotional period. If the tie persists then the winner is determined by who achieved the result first.
LVbet will notify the winning player by email, OMS and/or phone call on 20.04.2020 by 17:00 CEST.
The winner must then notify LVbet that he/she accepts the prize within 48h of being notified about the win.
The prize can only be sent to the player’s home address registered on LVbet account.
In order to receive a prize, we reserve the right to verify your player’s account. In order to complete this verification process, we might ask that you upload the following documentation:
– a copy of your valid official picture ID, showing all four corners of the ID (driving license, passport, national identity card). If you are providing the DL with the valid address, please note that no additional documents are needed.

If issuing a Prize is not possible, for example when winning player cannot be reached or simply does not accept the prize, LVbet reserves the right to declare the prize void and in such case, the prize shall not be allocated to any other participant.

Receiving the bonus prize does not disqualify from taking part in the Golden Carrot Raffle.
