The Oktoberfest Promotion will run for a total of two (2) weeks, starting at 00:01 CEST on the 24th of September and ending at 23:59 CEST on the – 7th of October, 2018 (‘Duration’). Each promotional week shall include its own standalone weekly promotion with differing promotional offers and promotional mechanics. As per these T&C, a Promotional Day shall be understood as any day starting at 00:00 CEST and ending at 23:59 CEST during the Duration of the Promotion.
1.4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
To the extent of any inconsistency between these T&C and any other reference to this Promotion, these T&C prevail. This Promotion and any dispute arising from it will be governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of Malta and the Promoter and the Participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
