The Win a BMW-i3* or an alternative Cash Prize (“Promotion”) is open to all existing and new customers on CasinoEurowho opt in to the Promotion during the promotion period and guess the total value of poker chips in the vase shown in the video embedded in this page (“VASE”).

Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 00:01 (CET) on 5/12/2018 to 23:59 (CET) on 31/12/2018 (“Promotion Period”). CasinoEuro

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all CasinoEuro customers.
You must be 18 years of age or over to participate in this Promotion and have a valid registered CasinoEuro player account.
Only customers who have made at least one successful deposit on their CasinoEuro player account before the end of the Promotion can participate in this Promotion. All the guesses submitted by players who did not make any deposit from their CasinoEuro player account from registration date until the end of the Promotion Period, will be excluded from the Promotion.
Opt-in is required to take part in this Promotion and these Promotion terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted when you opt-in to this Promotion.
If you hold an account with more than one of the Betsson group brands running the shared Promotion, you will be considered as a participant only with your player account that opted-in first to this Promotion and only the guesses you have earned and submitted with that brand will qualify into the Promotion, all other guesses will be disqualified.
Your CasinoEuro player account must not be closed, suspended, under investigation for any reason, self-excluded or limited in any other way.
We reserve the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time. Any players who have been materially affected by the changes will be notified.

The Prize
The Winner of this Promotion shall be rewarded a BMW-i3* (“Car”) or an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”).
After having been contacted by CasinoEuro, the winner will need to confirm its final choice between the Car* or the Cash Prize. CasinoEuro
*However, if the Car is not available through our selected car dealer in the winner’s country of residence as declared on the customer’s player account, then the alternative Cash Prize in the amount described in section Cash Prize will be awarded to the winner and no further options will be offered to the winner. Note – the winner’s country of residence is as declared on the winner’s CasinoEuro player account and the amount of the alternative Cash Prize varies depending on the winner’s country of residence (see below). The availability of the Car in the winner’s country of residence is subject to availability at the CasinoEuro selected car dealers and is at the CasinoEuro sole discretion.
The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

The picture of the car used in our marketing is only for illustration purposes, it does not represent the specific prize.
All additional costs and fees relating to the Car will be borne by the winner of the Car, these additional fees include but are not limited to: taxation fees, license fees, insurance, registration fees, or other expenses associated with accepting, transporting, owning, driving and picking up the Car.

Collection of the Car
The winner is to collect the Car from the car dealer within maximum of 180 days after the winner has been notified of their win, exact collection date is subject to confirmation from the car dealer. CasinoEuro
This 180 days is subject to any delays which may be due to the car dealer or manufacturer and therefore third party events beyond our direct control.
Furthermore the 180 days may also be subject to any delays which may be due the winner changing the specifications of the Car including but not limited to choosing the colour. It will be the sole discretion of the car dealer and us whether any changes into the specifications will be available to the winner. Any extra costs that may occur by the winner making any additional changes to the Car are to be fully at the expense of the winner.
The Car will be ordered from a selected car dealership from the winner’s country of residence as declared on the winner’s CasinoEuro player account and the winner of the Car must collect the Car from this dealer at their own expense. The selection of the car dealer is at the sole discretion of CasinoEuro.
The Winner will be liable for any damage that may occur following the acceptance and pick up of the Car from the dealer.

Cash Prize
The alternative Cash prize will be paid out within 72 hours after the winner has confirmed his choice of taking the Cash Prize instead of the Car, or in case the winner has accepted the Cash Prize in case the Car is not available in the relevant country of residence, and paid out into the winner’s CasinoEuro playing account from which it can be used to play or be withdrawn.
The Value of the alternative Cash prize is: 50 000 EUR. CasinoEuro
The alternative Cash prize amount will be paid out to the winner’s playing account in the currency of the winner’s CasinoEuro playing account. For all the playing accounts, whose currency is not Euro (EUR), the amount of the alternative cash prize will be based on the exchange rate on the day of the payout. It is at our sole discretion to choose the source of the relevant exchange rate.

Notification and Acceptance of the Prize
The winner will be notified by CasinoEuro during 7 working days after the end of the Promotion Period by e-mail using the winner’s e-mail address registered with his/her CasinoEuro player account. The winner of the prize will need to contact CasinoEuro, accept and select the desired prize within 14 days of this notification. In the event the winner has not accepted the prize during this period or CasinoEuro has been unsuccessful in contacting the winner within 14 days then the Prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose any right to claim the Prize.
The winner will be required to prove their age as 18 or over and their identity by means of supplying copies of verification documents in line with regulation, such as a birth certificate or passport. Failure to produce such documents by required date or in the case of the winner being identified as under 18 or in the case of any false information has been provided by the winner to CasinoEuro will result in forfeiting the prize and the prize being offered to the next eligible winner. The winner may be required to provide further verification documentation as required in line with regulation and CasinoEuroGeneral .

How to win
There is a VASE that holds a number of poker chips. These poker chips have various values. You need to guess the total value of the poker chips contained in this VASE and submit your guess as further described below. There will be only one participant winning the prize. The participant who guesses the correct total value of the poker chips contained in the vase, will win the prize as stated.
In case of two or more participants guessed the correct total value of the poker chips contained in the VASE, a draw will be held by CasinoEuro to determine the winner of the prize among those participants.
If no participants guessed the correct total value of the poker chips contained in the VASE, the participant who made the closest guess, will win the prize. The closest guess is determined counting both from above and from below.
In case of two or more participants being equally close to guessing the correct total value (counting both from above and from below) of the poker chips contained in the VASE, a draw will be held by CasinoEuro to determine the winner of the prize among those participants.

Promotion Mechanics/How to submit guesses
In order to opt-in for the Promotion, you need to submit at least one guess through either the main promotion page or one of the dedicated guessing pages.
Free Guess. You have a possibility to submit one free guess through a dedicated guessing page reachable through the button “GUESS NOW” contained in the . All participants can submit only one Free Guess throughout the whole Promotion Period. CasinoEuro
Daily Additional Guesses. You can also earn the possibility of submitting one additional guess every promotional day by wagering 20€ / 200kr / 20£ / 80zl (“Daily Wagering Target”) on any slot. Each promotional day for submitting additional guesses runs as calendar day from 00:00 CET to 23:59 CET on the relevant calendar day (“Promotional Day”). If you do not meet the Daily Wagering Target by the end of the same Promotional Day, you will lose your wagering progression accumulated on that Promotional Day and your wagering progression towards Daily Wagering Target will start from zero on the next Promotional Day. Daily Additional Guesses are limited to a maximum of one per Promotional Day.
On each Promotional Day, after completing the Daily Wagering Target stated above, a player will receive an on-site notification leading to a dedicated guessing page with a unique URL (“Landing page”) where to submit his/her additional guess. The Car winner shall bear all responsibility and liability for the use of the Car in compliance with any conditions imposed by the manufacturer of the Car and in accordance with any local rules and legislation or third party consents. CasinoEuro is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, late, lack of access to the websites for the Promotion, internet access, speeds or delays or lost entries; (b) errors or delays in entering; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of CasinoEuro which may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; and (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Car or resulting from acceptance or use of the Car, or from participation in the Promotion.

Any personal information such as name, surname, email address, mobile, date of birth and gender, processed during the course of the Promotion by CasinoEuro, a brand owned by BML Group Limited, will be used for the purposes of administration and marketing of the Promotion.
CasinoEuro may use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to administer the Promotion. We may also use it to tell you about our products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by Maltese courts. CasinoEuro
