1. General
1.1 Terms and conditions defined in this text (“Terms and Conditions”) regulates the usage of games and play provided through Loistokasino as well as other URLs licensed to or belonging to Odin Services Limited (“the Websites”).
1.2 Odin Services Limited is a company incorporated in Malta with registration number C66002, and subject to Maltese law, having its registered address at Level G (Office 1/1665), Quantum House 75, Abate Rigord Street, Ta Xbiex XBX1120 Malta.
1.3 Odin Services Limited is licensed and regulated in Malta by the Malta Gaming Authority, with license number MGA/CL1/1253/2016 and MGA/CL1/1204/2016, issued 22nd of February 2017.
1.4 The validity, interpretation, construction and performance of these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Malta and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malta Arbitration Centre. Loistokasino
1.5 Odin Service Limited is referred to as “Odin”, “we” or “us” and the player as “you” or “the Player”.
1.6 “Games”, “the Games” or “Game” is referred to as any of the gaming products offered at the Websites.
1.7 The version of this agreement is currently version 1.4 and was last updated 20th November 2017 and is valid until a new version is in place on the Websites and is accepted by the Player.
1.8 The Terms and Conditions also apply to all platforms and devices that enable gameplay of games provided by Odin. ‘Games’ are defined as Casino and other games as being available on the Websites.

1.13 These Terms & Conditions may be published in a number of languages, reflecting the same principles, for information purposes and to help players. It is however only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Odin. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

2. Your Obligations
2.1 You may only open one account on each of the Websites provided by us, Odin has the right to terminate any duplicate account.
2.2 You are over 18 years of age or comply with a higher minimum legal age, stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to know whether online gambling is legal in your country of residence. Loistokasino
2.3 You are solely responsible for the account details such as username and password or any other means to access your account at the Websites. In the case there is a suspicion that such information should have been compromised you must inform Odin and take proper actions to prohibit or prevent any unauthorized access to any part of your account or funds.
2.4 You may only use the Games on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person or company.

2.6 You are not resident of the U.S.A., Italy, France, Guyane (French Guiana), Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, China or Hong Kong.
2.7 You will not transfer funds from your account to other players or to receive money from other players into your account.
2.8 You agree that all information that you give us, such as but not limited to, valid identification, address and email, during the term of validity of this agreement is complete, true, correct and that you will immediately notify Odin of changes of such information or change such details by yourself on the Websites.
2.9 You may only participate in any Game only if you have enough funds on your account for such participation.
2.10 You may not use funds that is tainted or associated with any illegality and does not originate from any illegal activity or source. Loistokasino
2.11 You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes or other fees applicable to you under the relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from Odin;
2.12 In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Account, you shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
2.13 You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. We hereby reserve the right to invalidate any betting in the event of such behavior.
2.14 You may only use the software for your own personal, recreational use in accordance with rules and terms and conditions we have established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
2.15 You shall be courteous to other players using the Websites as well as support personnel employed by Odin and avoid rude or obscene comments.

3. Your Account
3.1 In order for you to be able to place bets and deposit money, you must first register personally with us and open an account (“account”).
3.2 You are allowed to have only one account and register this personally. If you attempt to open more than one account, all betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Loistokasino
3.3 You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form all of which must be true and correct. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that we carry out verification procedures and that your Account may be blocked for access or closed if you are found to supply false or misleading information. You are required to update and keep up to date the mandatory information provided in the registration form in the event such information changes.
3.4 If you notice that you have more than one registered Account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Account being blocked for access. Loistokasino
3.5 As part of the registration process, you will have to choose your username and password for your login into the Website(s). It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
3.6 You are not allowed to transfer funds from your Account to other players or to receive money from other players into your Account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire, user accounts.
3.7 Odin reserves the right to refuse or close an Account at its sole discretion but any contractual obligations already made by Odin shall, without prejudice to any rights available at law to Odin, be honoured accordingly.
3.8 Odin prohibits player collusion and do not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in gameplay. Loistokasino
3.9 If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the player shall indicate it.
3.10 In the case a player account is closed, related information about the account is saved for up to five (5) years from the time the account is closed. Related information includes player name, address, phone, email and account transactional details.
