Save Xmas Prizes terms and conditions
The Save Xmas Prizes promotion runs from 00:01 CET on 1 November 2018 until 23:59 CET on 30 November 2018 only.

Points are non-transferrable.
Only Loyal Panda Points accumulated during the specified period count towards the redemption of prizes. Any points gained outside this time period will not apply.
Any Loyal Panda Points gained during this period will still remain on player’s accounts and can be used to purchase gifts from the Loyal Panda shop. RoyalPanda
Players will be eligible to claim all prizes as above if they meet the number of Loyal Panda points required. Example; if a player reaches 2,000 LP Points they will also receive the weekly rewards for levels 1-3.
Points are considered earned when they are displayed on a progress bar on the My Account section when logged in.
In the event of a technical or human error, where Loyal Panda points may be miscalculated leading to less/more points than earned, RoyalPanda reserves the right to make an adjustment to correct the total, thus making some Loyal Panda points void.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, free bets, or a comparable bonus.
Each prize is valid for one person only and cannot be transferred.
All winners of prizes other than free spins, bonuses and cash rewards will be contacted via email within 7 days of the end of the promotion.
Winners of level 7-10 prizes have 28 days within receipt of their email to claim their prizes, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.
